By accessing or using My Daily Luck (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Daily Luck.

My Daily Luck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to the Platform are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the funds and that they are derived from legitimate sources.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following:

• Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times vary based on the withdrawal method selected.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game. By playing, you acknowledge and accept those rules. The Platform uses provably fair algorithms that are regularly audited to ensure random and unbiased outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated play.
• Exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities (“cheating”).
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

We reserve the right to void winnings, confiscate balances, and permanently ban accounts found in violation of these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Daily Luck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission.
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the Platform.
• Any errors or omissions in content or loss of data.

Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (dormant account).
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or breach of Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
